AIRCAT INTERNATIONAL

The Automatic Inspection Repair Corrosion Aircraft Tracking (AIRCAT) International system is an online database application provided to partner nations to support the submission and management of Technical Assistance Requests (TARs). AIRCAT International is a secure, web-based platform designed to capture, store, and manage aircraft flight record information for participating C-130 fleets. The system analyzes recorded flight data to calculate Equivalent Flight Hours (EFH) based on actual flight time and mission profiles. These calculations enable the generation of analytical reports that support informed decision-making related to fleet maintenance, sustainment planning, and repair requirements.

AIRCAT International provides significant operational and data management benefits to participating organizations. For data entry personnel, one of the system’s key capabilities is the automated validation of newly entered flight data against historical records contained within the database. By comparing new entries with established flight trends, the system provides automated feedback regarding parameters such as fuel consumption, airframe hours, and cargo weights. When discrepancies are identified, AIRCAT International generates detailed error codes to notify users of issues such as out-of-sequence flight entries, abnormal fuel usage, or unexpected weight variances during flight operations.

Additionally, AIRCAT International identifies the specific aircraft configuration associated with each tail number and automatically enables or restricts system features based on that configuration. This functionality helps ensure data accuracy and supports proper tracking of configuration-dependent aircraft parameters.

For fleet managers and decision-makers, AIRCAT International provides robust reporting capabilities that allow users to generate detailed analytical reports on fleet activity, aircraft utilization, and maintenance-related metrics. These reports deliver critical operational insights in a timely and cost-effective manner, enabling leadership to optimize fleet management, maintenance planning, and asset deployment.

Through its integrated data management and reporting capabilities, AIRCAT International provides Foreign Military Sales (FMS) partner nations with a reliable and effective toolset to support the sustainment, readiness, and long-term management of their aircraft fleets. Access to AIRCAT International is a member benefit provided to partner nations of the C-130 Technical Coordination Group (TCG).
