Previous C-130 TCG Chief 

Anthony L. Davis
(In Office: May 2016 - July 2020)

Mr. Davis was the Chief of the C-130 Hercules Technical Coordination Program, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia from May 2016 until July 2020 (retired). He was responsible for providing engineering, technical and logistics support to C-130 FMS partner nation’s fleets around the world.

Mr. Davis’s career includes active duty Air Force and Air National Guard service in the areas of Electronic Communications and Crypto graphics, Navigations Aids, and Radio Frequency Transmissions maintenance and installations. He retired at the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. As a civil servant, he provided technical and logistics support to the Special Operation Forces Rotary, Tilt Rotor and Fix Wing Aircraft, and Avionics Integration Flights. Additionally, he provided technical and logistics management support of the Joint STARS aircraft Prime Mission Equipment. He also served as the Center Wing Box Replacement Program Manager, C-130 Aircraft Modernization Program Deputy Program Manager, C-130J FMS Section Chief and C-130 FMS Deputy Branch Chief.
